Q: Do you repair e-bikes?
A: We can repair almost anything mechanical on any bicycle. WE CANNOT REPAIR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS (controller ,battery, wiring harness or motors of UNSUPPORTED BRANDS TYPICALLY SOLD ONLINE).
Q: If I buy a bicycle or e-bike online can you assemble it for me?
A: Yes, we can, however we are not responsible for any electrical issues that come with the bike out of the box. This problem is not frequent with all online e-bike purchases, but we have seen it happen.
MOST CUSTOMERS HAVE THE BIKE SHIPPED TO THE SHOP FOR ASSEMBLY. This saves the extra hassle of loading up that heavy box and dropping it off.
Q: Can you repair (insert brand name here) bikes?
A. Yes, we can and do. Different brands have different frames, but the components (working parts) are from the same limited companies (Shimano, SRAM, Fox, Rockshox etc.) We are certified if the company offers certification (Shimano) or trained to competency if certification is not available (SRAM -STU) etc.
Unfortunately, we do not repair anything related to e-scooters.
